In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "zara4" or "the Platform" means the online betting and gaming platform operated at zara4.bet, including all pages, sub-sections, games, and services made available through it.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of zara4 and its affiliated entities responsible for administering the Platform.
• "You" or "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the zara4 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on zara4.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional, match, or free-play credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by zara4 prior to processing certain withdrawals or as otherwise requested.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which transactions are processed on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful.

By accessing the zara4 website, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and any additional rules published on the Platform for specific games or promotions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and zara4 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties with respect to its subject matter.

To register and maintain an Account on zara4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. zara4 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion program or gambling block list that would restrict your access to online gambling services.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not have previously had an Account on zara4 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

zara4 primarily serves English-preference players resident in Indonesia, including users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Yogyakarta, Bali, Makassar, Semarang, and other Indonesian cities. Players from other jurisdictions may access the Platform provided they satisfy all eligibility conditions and are not located in a Prohibited Territory.

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one Account on zara4. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

zara4 operates a KYC process in line with international gaming compliance standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time zara4 deems appropriate:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National ID Card — KTP, passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of the BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account registered to the same name as the zara4 Account).

zara4 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality on any Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide required documents within 30 days of request may result in permanent account closure.

4.3 Account Currency

All Accounts on zara4 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment provider in connection with transactions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zara4 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

• You must notify zara4 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• zara4 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.
• Any activity conducted using your Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified zara4 of a security breach prior to that activity occurring.
• You must not use automated scripts, bots, or any other software to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.

zara4 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. However, you are responsible for the security of the device you use to access zara4 and must ensure that your device is free from malware and that you access the Platform only via the official URL zara4.bet.

6.1 Deposits

zara4 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all processed in IDR:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be amended from time to time. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within five minutes of confirmed receipt. zara4 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The following conditions apply:

• Your Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed within 10 minutes during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 30 minutes but may take up to two hours during peak periods.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements having been met in full prior to the withdrawal request.
• zara4 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal of Rp 10.000.000 or above.

6.3 Failed or Delayed Transactions

If a deposit is not credited to your Account within 30 minutes of your bank confirming the transaction, you should contact zara4 support via live chat and provide your payment reference number. Do not re-attempt a deposit until the original transaction has been investigated. zara4 will not be responsible for duplicate deposits made without first seeking support assistance.

zara4 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional campaigns from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Account holders who have met the eligibility criteria set out in the specific promotion terms.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms (e.g., 30x, 40x). Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sportsbook bets, and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution table is published on the promotions page.
• Maximum bet limits apply when clearing bonus wagering requirements. Placing bets above the stated maximum per spin or per bet while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• zara4 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus credits at any time if evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation is identified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as permitted by the applicable wagering conditions.

All bets placed on the zara4 Platform are governed by the rules applicable to the specific product category — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Esports Betting, Live Baccarat, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds or game outcomes displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be altered or cancelled except in the specific circumstances described in the individual game or sport rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or server error during a game round or sporting event, zara4 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account Balance.
• zara4 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict access to specific markets, or decline a bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• For sportsbook bets including bandar bola (football betting) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) formats, the specific sport rules published on the sportsbook page govern the settlement of all wagers.
• Winnings from games and bets are credited to the Account Balance immediately upon settlement. Disputed settlements must be raised with zara4 support within 72 hours of the disputed result being posted.

zara4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools within the Account dashboard to help Players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available at no cost and can be activated at any time without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive an on-screen notification when a specified session duration has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up summaries showing the amount spent, amount won, and time elapsed during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible. Self-excluded Players must not attempt to re-register under a new Account.
• Account Closure: Players may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting support. Any Balance at the time of closure will be paid out to the registered payment method subject to KYC requirements being met.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zara4 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Credits, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or game vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage or to generate profits that would not otherwise have been achievable under normal game conditions.
• Using automated software, bots, AI tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with legitimate human play.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live casino, or sportsbook markets.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith after receiving winnings or bonus credits from zara4.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Territory.

All content on the zara4 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, source code, and design elements — is the intellectual property of zara4 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display any content from zara4 without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software underlying the Platform.
• Use zara4's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests an endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zara4 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of stored information.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any loss arising from events beyond zara4's reasonable operational control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, regulatory action, or force majeure events.

zara4's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of the Balance held in that Player's Account immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits zara4's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

zara4 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zara4 will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data is shared only with third-party service providers necessary for operating the Platform (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services), and only to the extent required to perform those services.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data in circumstances where retention is no longer required. Submit such requests to [email protected].

zara4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time period.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to close the Account.
• Discovery that the Account was registered from a Prohibited Territory.

Where an Account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, zara4 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance and any pending withdrawals. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any positive Balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding settlement obligations owed to the Player at the time of closure.

zara4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zara4 will publish a notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zara4 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with zara4 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under the laws of their own country of residence. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the zara4 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. zara4 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate in any specific jurisdiction.
